Some profiles carry a write-up we prepare from the business's public details. We never present it as the business's own words. Google text is shown only when we hold it, and is labelled as the business's own words from Google.
Open or closed right now is never baked into the HTML. When a time zone is on file, the visitor's browser can compare the clock to the stored week.
Corrections from owners and named contacts are handled through the contact page.
