I have an iPhone 17 that I dropped from top of the stairs and my phone needed repairs to the back glass. I found mobile kangaroo right near my house through Apple's authorized providers and I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome this company is. All the guys that work, there are super kind and knowledgeable. I was given excellent customer service. they were able to order the part for me. They called me three days later to let me know the part had come in and brought my phone in the next morning. I then picked my perfectly restored phone up just a couple hours later.

I've had to get my MacBook Pro's screen replaced twice through AppleCare — once for a dead pixel, and once for a scratch that seemingly appeared out of nowhere and wouldn't wipe off — and I'm so glad this store handled both, especially since they're actually Apple Authorized. It was such a relief to skip the long lines at the Apple Store and the even longer turnaround times for repairs. Ryan and Chris were both great throughout the whole process, handling my service requests smoothly and keeping me in the loop. I'll definitely be back for any future MacBook needs.
