John is an absolute life saver. My computer crashed last Sunday and I was so close to losing everything. My entire life was on that computer. I was absolutely freaking out. Thank God John answered my call on a Sunday and started working on it right away. He had it up and working the next day with nothing lost. Truly grateful for him. I would 100% recommend him!
Excellent experience. Jon was great. Got back to me instantly regarding my data loss and was able to fix my old external hard drive and retrieve all of my files! He also checked-in with me multiple times throughout the process. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Jon was the perfect man for what I needed, my computer would crash sometimes on start up and was in need of an upgrade, he swapped out the SSD with a larger upgraded one and cleaned up any other issues I had, I got my computer back within 24 hours and it runs great. Will definitely be returning if I have any other issues again!
